Ughhh!
Just one week after I recovered from the stupid cold I had, my sickness revive!
This time, it’s not just flu. I am down with a high fever + cough + sore throat! UGHH!
I feel so languid, warm, cold sometimes, keep having fainting sensations, and the worst part, my skin have dark red blotches all over! Scary right?! But well, I always have these dark red blotches whenever I have fever. So, I’m quite used to it.
SO SUAY TO FALL SICK DURING THE HOLIDAYS!
What’s more, holidays just started only. Sigh.
Adding on to my suayness, one of my contact lens tore. And now my eye is rather red. I hope it’s ok.
Anyway, I managed to sweat out my fever this morning. And thus I went out with Fungyong, Nicole, and Audrey just now.
I accompanied them to dye their hairs, and Audrey extended her hair.
Now she looks like some Siao Char Boh with long hair. Hahaha, I’m joking lah! I hope Audrey doesn’t read this. Haha!
She looks very pretty, and very natural with her spanking hair extensions.
Now, back to my fever.
After I accompanying them to do their hair business, my fever is back! Stupid.
Despite the miserable feeling, I have cravings for a lot of unhealthy food(actually not unhealthy lah, just bad for me right now cause I’m sick) such as, laksa, bbq seafood, satay and otak. Oh man, I’m so hungry now.
Ok, my mum is home. She’s going to cook porridge for me!

Happy Birthday Nicole!
Went to Marina South for dinner with Nicole, Audrey, Athalie, Athalie’s boyfriend, and quite a few other people to celebrate Nicole’s birthday!
Though it was my idea to go to Marina South, I am starting to get bored of it already.
The dinner was fine but the crabs were not as huge as the last time I went! And whenever the tray is refilled with fresh crabs, you will see two or three kiasu people occupying the place, taking up all the crabs pinschers they can find! Tsk, so irritating. I didn’t eat any crab at all just now!
Anyway, I suppose Nicole was happy, because she looked happy.
P/s: Pictures are very grainy, sigh. I want a digital camera + photoshop!

Audrey, Athalie, and birthday girl!

After the dinner, we proceeded to this big grass field where we surprised Nicole with a small birthday cake that is solely bought by Audrey.

Nicole loves the cake.

After that, they played billiard awhile before leaving. Well, end of the day.
Once again, Happy Birthday dearest Nicole!

June Holidays!
Well, there’s nothing much for me to blog about anyway. Life has been pretty much boring recently. Haha, ok ok, I know that sentence is very action but just heck-care! It is true lah, life really is boring lately, sigh.
On a lighter note, the June holidays are here already!!!
I am so happy and super excited about the June holidays, but at the same time it is rather scary to think that time passes so quickly. So fast June already!
So, no school for one month! Yay! I’m so happy cause now I get to sleep more!
Of course, besides sleeping, there are many other things I want to do this June. I want to go overseas with friends again. I want to complete my N level art preparatory work. I want to watch Christina Aguilera’s concert. I want to revamp my super untidy and boring room. And, I want to have fun.
I really hope I will accomplish them but I believe I will only accomplish the last task. (Wait, task, is it the right word to use?)
Enough of my holiday schedules.
Went to town with Fungyong, Gloria and Jemaine today.
Wanted to catch a movie but, Pirates Of The Caribbean looks too boring. So we ended up occupying a room at the E2Max Chamber at Cineleisure.
For those that don’t know what is it, it is just a same room consisting of two computers and a huge plasma TV. I also want a plasma TV in my room leh, so big and nice.
It looks something like..
From the above two pictures, we can tell Jemaine makes the ultimate expert camwhore. Eh, and it is not a bad thing ok.
Nice right?
By the way, those (first two) pictures are in bad quality. And they are not edited!
I want my Photoshop back! And I want my very own digital camera! Arghh!!!
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Sigh.
I am blowing my nose so much that it is red and bulbous! Not really bulbous actually, just a little swollen. I think I filled the whole rubbish bin with my used tissue papers!
Sigh, I’m so lethargic and irritable. Tsk.
Strangely, despite being ill, I’m having a big appetite recently. I’m getting hungry so fast and easily. Take for example today; I had prata for breakfast, Mcdonald’s for lunch. Then ate a bowl of rice(of course not plain rice lah!) in the late afternoon, and another bowl of rice for dinner. And now, I’m eating the sushi that my mum bought home. And I still feel like eating more!
Oh my God, I’m definitely becoming a pig.
Talking about becoming a pig, I became a pig in the 200 Pounds Beauty parody that my brother, Yingying and I made! Hahaha! Have all of you watched it?!
We had a lot of fun making the video, but at the same time it’s so embarrassing for me because I look super stupid in it!
I heard from several people including Mengzhi and Jemaine that Christina Aguilera is having a world tour and she will be having a concert in Singapore sometime in June!
EXCITING RIGHT?
Wait, actually not very exciting because it’s not Avril Lavigne. But still, I quite like Christina you know, she can sing very well.
Good voice aside, her songs are pretty cool, and she is sexy, pretty, and dances well!
Mengzhi and I are having plans of watching the concert! Exciting! But I really hope that we are because, the tickets are expensive. Sigh.

Songs Of The Sea.
That day, I went to Sentosa with Gloria and Jemaine.
Gloria’s main purpose of going there was to get a nice tan(besides looking at guys), while Jemaine and I just wanted to go to the beach and have fun(as in, swim and play).

After finding a lovely spot at the Siloso beach, we started playing in the seawater. We were aware of every dark figure that we saw in the dirty seawater because we were afraid that it might happen to be a stonefish or jellyfish. Of course, we didn’t encounter any stonefish or jellyfish, the figures always turn out to be rocks or clusters of seaweeds.
Talking about seaweeds, we keep picking up disgusting floating seaweeds and throwing them at each other. It’s so fun lah, the seaweed will just stuck onto our bodies. Haha!
Unfortunately, we got there a little late and the sun was going down already. So Gloria didn’t get a sexy tan that she wanted to obtain. The weather was perfect for Jemaine and I though, no sun burns!

It’s so nice to just lie on the sand and watch the sunset.

After the sun went down, we went to clean ourselves before visiting Sentosa’s latest attraction, Songs Of The Sea.
Tickets are sold at $6 per person. Each show lasts only 25 minutes.
Songs Of The Sea is similar to the Musical Fountain, with a different storyline and more advanced effects and lightings. It consists of music, lovely lightings, water jets, a storyline, lasers, flames, and even small fireworks! All located on a beach, very cool!
Oh wait, the only thing I didn’t like about it was the short sitting arrangements. The rows of seats were not tall enough, causing the view of short people(like me) to be blocked by the heads in front. Moreover, most of the viewers are tourist, and angmor tourists are usually tall and big, covering my view even more. Sitting in front, and beside me, was two angmors already. (P/s: have nothing against them!)

Flames shot into the air.

And of course not forgetting the stunning fireworks.

Just a random thought, how do they make fireworks? It's so nice lah!

Mother's Day & Zoo Trip.
Fine, I know it’s after 12am already and mother’s day is officially over for like, 3 hours, but still I want to wish all the mothers a (belated) Happy Mother’s Day! Which, of course, includes my mother as well!
I feel so bad that I didn’t get my mother any present after seeing what Nicole(mention in one of the previous post, a gold ring) and Gloria bought for their mums.
Yesterday, Jemaine and I went out with Gloria in search of Mother’s Day presents. After some consideration, Gloria bought her mum this beautiful pendant! She actually wanted to get her mum a new hand phone but could not settle on which model to get.

Of course, nice presents completes with nice surprises. Gloria planned and got Jemaine and I to help her out in giving her mum a little surprise. So we proceeded to her house and set things up after buying packets of balloons, and a Mother’s Day cake.
The set up was a really spontaneous one but thankfully it went rather well and her mother seems to be overjoyed.

I know her mum is happy because..
If you are wondering why her mum is so nicely dressed, it's because she just came back from the Liza Wang concert. Wait, is it Wang? Damn, I forgot her surname! But her surname is not the point. The point is, her name(Liza) reminds me of Lizard + Pizza.

Close up of the Mother’s Day cake that Gloria bought.

Ok, enough of Mother’s Day.
Gloria, Jemaine, and I went to the zoo today. It was quite crowded because I think they were having some event, and that is why Jemaine was having a free ticket(one for herself only). I managed to bluff my way in with a child ticket(12 years old and below).
I took quite a number of pictures, consisting of mostly animal picture. So it may get boring if you don’t like animals. No wait, actually, even if you are an animal lover, the pictures are still rather boring.
Ok, I shall start with this odd looking animal called a Llama. It looks like a camel + kangaroo + deer combined. It’s very cute though.
Very disturbing.
Poor, poor polar bears! I don't understand why don't the zoo keep these poor Artic bears in a huge room with air-cons turned on full blast, or install some custom made giant refrigerator?! The bears look so pitiful, Singapore is way too warm for them! Poor bears.

For some strange reasons, the following animals reminds me of some people.
Giraffe reminds me of Yingying.

This toad reminds me of Alicia.

The white tiger reminds me of Sheryl.

And..
This definitely reminds me of.. Coewe!

Hahaha!
Damn, I want a pet iguana!

Hmm, these bats love to flash their..

Ok, I'm starting to run out of captions.

Kangaroo. Or is it a wallaby?

Random pictures.

If anyone notice why am I not wearing spectacles and wonder why, cause I'm wearing contact lens.
P/s: I am not licking the metal mesh in the second last picture, just trying to act like a, tiger or something.

Clumsy Day at Marina South.
Actually I don’t know if it’s terrible or not, but judging on the look, and smell, of the expired top shells, I assume that it’s terrible. And I don’t understand how she can tell me that “the top shells taste nice”. No, I should say I don’t understand why the hell did she eat top shells that are expired for a month! Gross.
So, we did not go to Sentosa.
Instead, we went to have dinner at the cheap Buffet Steamboat + Bbq at Marina South, which I guess none of you should be unfamiliar with. Only $12 per person for the buffet, but I think it used to be only $10, right? Stupid Coewe was supposed to come along but end up she went home, spoiler! It’s ok because it’s her loss.
We had a great dinner. The food was nice, plus Gloria and I couldn’t stop teasing Jemaine about, uhmm, she knows whom. Jemaine went totally insane, and scratch me like, more then 3 times. Now I have a scratch on my jaw area and wrist! Thankfully the one on my jaw is not obvious or I’ll make sure I bbq her nose and stuff it in her mouth.
Anyway, we took quite a number of pictures today. Oh and before I forget to mention, today was such a clumsy day. Everyone seems to be clumsy. While pouring some chilli into a saucer, I poured them all over my hand. Stupid. Similarly, Gloria poured curry on her hands while she was scooping curry chicken onto a plate.
Now, back to the pictures.
I love the crabs. The crabs offered are not those lousy, tiny, scrawny, or flower crabs... it is those huge ones as you can see in the picture. The best part of it is, since it’s a buffet, you can take what you want and as much as you want. Being kiasu, I take all the biggest pinchers I can find. Which is actually quite all right because the pinchers usually disappear very quickly! The last time I went, I remember that the crabs were not this big. Now I really pity Jemaine for being allergic to seafood.
As we were about to finish our dinner, a group of guys approached Jemaine and asked her if she could take a picture for them. Gloria and I thought it was rather funny so we took at picture of her, who is taking a picture of them.
Moments later…
(Jemaine's face edited away because she thinks it's dumb)
Jemaine taking a picture with one of the guys(because he wanted her to do so), whose birthday is today. I think Jemaine is quite happy because she might get the “I feel like a Superstar” feeling. I have to say that the birthday boy’s eyebrows are rather thick, and disturbing. Haha! And he looks like someone that I can’t figure out who.
Another clumsy(and funny) incident happened today. As we were boarding the bus which leads back to Marina Bay MRT station, Jemaine trips and fall! Gloria and I were totally shocked while we laughed like crazy. Jemaine fell for a second time when Gloria tried lifting her up, causing quite a crowd to pack at the bus entrance. It’s definitely embarrassing for Jemaine. However, she just laughed it off and quickly find a seat to settle down. Haha!
Something's wrong with my internet again. It's so annoying, just keeps losing connection. I hate it when it happens! Just so irritating!

Exams Over.
Sorry for the lack of updates. I was busy rushing through my art exam preparatory work the past few days. Thank God I finally managed to complete it at 3am last night, leaving me merely 3 hours of sleep till I have to wake up again! Thus, I’m freaking tired right now!
I did my art on the topic 'Sacred Sanctuary'. On the final piece, I draw a church's interior with a dove flying. The dove represents peace, which is what most people finds, or feels, in a sacred sanctuary. And in case you are wondering, the picture was taken during the exam.
Great, the mid year exams are over(for me and the other art students at least). The exam just seems to come and go so quickly, leaving me to wonder why does time seems to be passing faster each year.
Does anyone else feel it too? Each year seems to be slipping away faster, and faster. And no it’s not good, I rather it passes slowly.
Back to the exams.
Since I don’t have anymore mid year exams, I won’t need to go to school till the other students end their papers, which is Monday! Marking Day is on Tuesday and that makes it a plus! No school for 5 days straight!
This post is so random, short, stupid and boring. I’m going to bed. I’m so, so tired. Goodnight.

Stupid Old Man & Woman.
Today is such a warm day.
After school, I boarded a double-decked bus to go home. Since the base level was quite packed, I decided to find a seat at the second level.
So, after some time, this old man, with who I assume to be his old wife, and two grandchildren, came up and sat around me. The grandmother and the two kids sat together while that old man sat beside me. Of course, I have nothing against old people, though they have very annoying grandchildren, who are not cute.
Soon it reached my bus stop and I was happy to alight as it was warm and I was sitting at the inner sit, making me unable to block the sunlight. Seeing that the old man and his family are getting ready to get down as well, I just sat there and wait as he climbs out of his chair slowly. I wanted to get down the stairs first, but since they are old people, I decided that I should let them go down first.
I shouldn’t have.
The man was climbing down the stairs so freaking slowly that the bus left the stop despite my continuous pressing on the button for the bell! That old man’s slug-speed makes me missed my bus stop! I looked around and there are quite a number of passengers staring at me like as if I am crazy. The situation was embarrassing for me so I quickly stopped and act as if I’ll be alighting at the next stop.
The elderly man finally managed to reach the foot of the stairs as the bus approaches the next stop. No, it is not the end yet. I wanted to get down the bus but I couldn’t as his wife was blocking my way!
I smiled and ask in a polite manner if she could excuse me. Then, this wicked looking old woman made a loud “Tsk!” and stared at me.
I was already so annoyed by grandchildren, missed my bus stop because of her husband and did not make any noise, and now she’s blocking my way and still can say, “tsk” to me! Siao!
Though I was super irritated by this old woman and her whole family, I just told her respectfully to excuse me again. She then said this in Chinese, “you don’t know how to wait huh”, and then walk off to the back of the bus with the rest of her family! WALAU, I feel like giving her fat and wrinkly face a kick lo!
Of course, I did not argue and just alighted from the bus.
Crazy people.

Mother's day & Paris goes to Jail.
Mother’s Day is round the corner, and it is great because it’s a time when lovely kids like Nicole can show their love.
Nicole called me yesterday afternoon and asked me to accompany her to select a present for her mum. Since I haven’t go out with her for sometime already, I decided to. Nicole already has it in her mind to get her mum a gold bracelet. Sweet. After coming into quite a number of jewellery stalls, she decided to get her mum a gold ring instead. It’s seldom these days that a teenager buys their mum gold jewellery, or in fact, any sort of gift. Besides, she bought it with money she earned herself.
Nicole kept telling me that she was worried that her mum wouldn’t like the present, but I reassured her that she would love it. Maybe her mum, like most Singaporean mothers, would nag a little and say, “no need to waste money to buy such expensive gifts lah” but we all know, they all love the presents.
So, after getting the ring, Nicole called up her parents who were having lunch at Tampines Mall. We went to find them and Nicole surprised her mum with the lovely ring that was nicely placed in a silver ring box with golden ribbons. And like I said, her mum loves it and was really happy. Her mum kept saying “Thank you ah Baby!”. And I found that rather funny actually because she repeated that quite a number of times.
Ok, so after Nicole gave her mum the present. We went to have Sakae Sushi for dinner. Being exceptionally kind, it was Yingying’s treat. She must be especially happy after coming back from that Genting trip with my brother. Nicole and a few other friends are also going Genting next weekend! I’m so damn jealous lah. I also wanna go overseas with friends again!
I met Jemaine last night after the dinner, together with Nicole. We went to the airport to study, but of course, all the funny distractions that Nicole made caused us not study much. Yingying and my brother came shortly and that only added to the distractions. So we really ended up not studying at all.
I had a nightmare last night. I dreamt that it was my art exam already and I have not started the preparatory work at all! This must be a sign from God that I am running out of time!

Chinese Paper & Spiderman.
I’m terribly tired but I decided that I still have to blog or I wont have a good night sleep.
Today was the Mother Tongue paper and I screwed it all up. Some of you might know that I take Chinese Language B because my Chinese is just so terrible. Actually, it’s not that bad lah. I can speak Chinese rather well ok, I just couldn’t read and write much. So, back to the paper. Anyone who sees the CLB paper will think that it’s effortless and yet I can screw it up! I just know, I’m gonna fail.
Oh yes, there’s something I’ll like to mention as well.
While the teacher was distributing the writing papers for the mother tongue composition, she handed me the single lined foolscap paper, which is meant for the Malays! Do I look Malay at all? I don’t mean it’s a bad thing, but do I look Malay to anyone? After telling the strange teacher that I’m a Chinese she could still reply me “huh?”.
Today was actually intended to be spending on my art preparatory work, but I was too sluggish. Only 6 more days to my midyear art exam! Damn, how am I ever gonna complete it on time?!
Alicia called me just now and we decided to go watch Spiderman 3. Both of us were quite disappointed when only front row seats were left available and thus we rather watch it some other time. I’ll never pay $9.50 to sit right in front the movie screen while you still have to suffer an annoying pain in the neck. Tsk, so unworthy. I think they should lower the ticket prices of the front 3 rows or something.
I’m still quite eager to watch Spiderman 3, though I don’t really like the idea of heroes fighting the evil in costumes, it’s odd if you think about it. Lastly, isn’t it kind of amazing Coewe is a fan of spiderman, imagine if it is... cockroachman. Haha!

I Can Blog Again!
As I mentioned and explained in my last update, my computer was down. But not anymore! Finally! My dad paid someone to repair it this morning, and I am so happy. Now I can function Internet Explorer once again!
I have something else to rejoice about, and that is, I have a new hand phone line!
Though I think it’s not permanent, but at least I get to use my phone properly again. I am like super happy can?! Ok lah, not super happy, but I am just glad that things’ back in place.
The past whole week was quite a boring one.
Nothing much happened, and even if something happen I’ll probably have forgotten by now. Gloria, Sarah, Jemaine and I spent our weekend helping Coewe distribute flyers to flats all over Bedok. Of course it’s tiring, and quite boring too.
Coewe returned by treating us to a seafood dinner at Bedok 85. There was bbq stingray, lala, sotong, together with bbq chicken wing and sambal kangkong. I never knew the disgusting looking lalas actually tasted so good.
Too bad for Jemaine, who have seafood allergies. I think those who are allergic to any kind of nice food is so sway(unlucky). I am personally allergic to prawns but it’s absolutely fine because I hate prawns. Anyway, Jemaine ate Stingray(which is a kind of fish, and she’s not allergic to fish) for the first time of her life. She is really missing out during the past 15 years of her life man.
While we were waiting for the seafood which seems to take forever to arrive, we saw Maia Lee, one of the top 10 contestants of Singapore Idol Season One. I used to like her cause she have a good voice and she’s quite cool. Being almost totally covered with tattoos, Maia reminds me of the Ah Lian version of Xiaxue, but Jemaine and I think she’s prettier. I think she realised that we noticed her, thus we stop staring at her before she comes over and give each of us a ah lian punch.
The exams are around the corner! Infact, the English paper is already over, and tomorrow is the Chinese paper. And I am still not paying attention in class.
