Took a lot of pictures recently and thus got a lot of pictures to edit and upload!
Anyway, last Saturday I went for my cousin Grace’s, wedding dinner held at an oriental Chinese restaurant at Clarke Quay. Don’t remember or know what the restaurant is called lah… Doesn’t matter anyway, as long as it’s nice.
So, the Wednesday before the wedding dinner I went to search for something to wear and got myself a simple black vest in the end.
I know I know, vest is quite boring right… Everyone is wearing vests these days it’s almost cliché…
However I don’t usually wear vest what, so I thought it was quite appropriate. Besides, I didn’t want to wear anything too formal or matured so vest was like the most suitable.
Conversely, my other worry was that I might look like a waiter at the dinner. Thankfully it didn’t turn out that way lah…
Pictures!

My dear younger sister and me.
Karin looks very pretty right?!
You know why?! Because I, er hem, did both her hair and make up! Very professionally done right?! Mwahahahaha…
Here, let you see a closer view of her…

I didn’t shape her brows though. Her brows were rather terribly shaped by my elder brother I think…
It’s so round lor!!! Eyebrows where can so round one! My brother told me it was not entirely his fault cause Karin requested for “happy eyebrows”… My God... Thankfully I helped her drew it back to look more normal.
On an random note, is it just me or does my sister look a bit like Cecilia Cheung huh?!

My dear parents, all gleamed up for the dinner as well.

My cousins and I, together with the four bridesmaids in the middle.
It’s so strange that all of us are so grown up now!
I used to hang out at the playgrounds with these people when I was like, 9 or 11? We were really close back then.
We used to play silly and childish games and catches all kinds of insects with our bare hands(I don’t know why I used to be so brave). We even had like our very own little drama club each weekend after dinner.
Suern, Huichun (third from and right respectively) and I used to sneak out to the huge canal behind my grandparents’ place and we had like inside code names and even secret “passage ways” to these places.
We would always take this long yet tranquil walk along the canal while quietly observing beautiful white egrets, kingfishers and mudskippers.
At the end of the walk we would reach a golf course that we foolishly named New Zealand because we imagined sheeps on the lush pasture. Yeah, stupid, I know. Haha.
All of a sudden, everyone is either busy with school or work, Huichun is even a flight stewardess now! Damn cool lah…
Enough reminiscing and back to pictures.

Suern and me!

The restaurant had this oriental theme for the dinner that looked almost semi-gothic.
Very cool lor, there was like lots of maroon colour and rose petals everywhere. It was relatively unlike the usual white wedding.

The window view very nice also.

Karin, Suern and my brother.
Though my brother and Suern are only God-silbings, they look like real siblings lor! Don’t you think? They both have nice profound jaw lines.

Karin and me.
I know you’ve been waiting for the picture of the newly weds right… Ok here they are, finally.

Congratulations Grace! (:

Super lots of smoke from the dry ice.

Aww… sweet!
I think the next to get married is my brother! So exciting lor! Weddings are like such, blissful events, not forgetting the superb food also. Hehe…
The whole night I was so eager to take picture with my cousin Grace, the pretty bride, and I finally did at the end of the dinner... Oh well, bride sure very busy one what.

I think she’s in Japan honeymooning right now.

Left to right: Suern, Joy, Ben, Junhong, me, Huichun!
My cousins and I later hang around Clarke Quay awhile before I left to meet my other friends. Totally need to organize like a cousins outing soon!

I LOVE THIS PICTURE!
But sadly, Sharon’s face was blurred. So we decided to have a second attempt…

Much better now.
Erm, the pictures feels very post prom night right?! Hahaha.
Talking about prom, I very sad that I never get a chance to attend prom back in secondary school cause I didn’t graduated but left for ITE! It’s not fair lor!!! It’s like a once in a lifetime thing lor… I doubt ITE got prom, hor?
My stupid secondary school should allow those leaving for ITE to go for prom lor!!! Damn it.
More pics!

In Italy.
Kidding, it’s in Clarke Quay but it feels slightly Italy-ish… Yvonne the Italian wannabe will love it wholly.
Enough of wedding.
I’VE GOT MY HALLOWEEN COSTUME ALREADY!!!
Not gonna tell you what it is… Just have to wait and see.
It’s a very retarded costume though… Or in fact it’s hardly a costume, just some accessories actually. Ok, no more hints to what I am going to be.
So exciting cause I’ve never really celebrated, partied or dress up on Halloween! All of us are dressing up!
To end this entry, just want to say a very happy but scary Halloween to all!!! Enjoy your weekends! (:
